I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I recently purchased their roofing product and within less than a year, I’ve had multiple leaks requiring repeated callbacks. Currently, I’m dealing with a new leak and they’re demanding proof I’m actually experiencing a problem – it's unbelievable. Most concerningly, I haven’t received any communication or support, despite the forecast for rain this weekend. I’m left documenting all the damage myself and frankly, feeling completely unheard and unsupported. I truly hope this situation gets resolved quickly before I have to consider further action.

“We’re incredibly disappointed with our experience with this company. We started with them in April of 2022, and from the beginning, things went terribly wrong. The solar panels weren’t even turned on until August, and we were still charged for those four months of inactivity. To add to the frustration, we’re now paying both our regular Rocky Mountain Power bill *and* this company’s fees – effectively doubling our energy costs. What’s truly concerning is that the solar panels haven't been effective at all. They've suggested we need to buy *more* panels to eliminate our other bill, which feels like a completely misleading tactic. Our initial sales representative was poorly trained and drastically underestimated our needs, and now it seems the company simply isn't taking our concerns seriously. We’ve been bounced around repeatedly when we call, and despite nearly a year of problems, no one has even sent a technician to check if our system is actually working. It’s been a very frustrating and disorganized process, and frankly, it feels like a scam. We strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to proceed with extreme caution – we deeply regret our decision.”

Overall, the experience with this company was disappointing. The project took over a year to complete, and unfortunately, many of the promises made during the sales process didn't materialize. Ultimately, we didn't feel the investment in the system was worthwhile, as it rarely met our expectations. While the technical support team has been reasonably responsive, it’s crucial to have very detailed specifics – particularly regarding costs and anticipated benefits – clearly documented in the contract to avoid future misunderstandings.

Calvin and Tia were fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and they really went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The installation process was smooth, and the final calibration was done perfectly. I’d highly recommend them; it was an amazing experience overall and I loved having a choice for my power supply!

Overall, my experience with this company has been pretty frustrating. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which is great, but I’ve run into some significant issues. Despite multiple visits from technicians, the core problem – losing power during outages – hasn’t been resolved. There were also misunderstandings about the tax incentives initially explained, and I was disappointed that there isn’t a direct contact number for urgent after-hours support. I also felt like I wasn't properly informed about how my system works, and I’m still unfamiliar with troubleshooting any potential problems. Because of the issues with my power and the changed tax situation, my monthly payments are now higher than what I was paying directly to the power company. Finally, the app is unreliable, making it difficult to track my energy production, and I'm unsure if I’m paying for a system that’s too large for my needs.
