“I was incredibly pleased with the work US Solar did at my home and in Palm Bay. The crew was fantastic – they worked together seamlessly and completed the job quickly and with a really high level of care. Honestly, it was night and day compared to a previous experience I had with another solar company, who really messed things up. As an electrician with military experience and some background in solar panel testing, I can confidently say this team was professional and skilled. They delivered exactly what they promised, and when they were done, there wasn’t a single thing left to clean up – just 25 400-watt panels installed perfectly on my roof. Thanks to US Solar, the whole process was quick and easy.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the changes to my solar panel installation. Initially, I was assured that the panels were fully covered under the company’s warranty, but I’ve now been told I need to obtain separate insurance – a complete reversal of what was promised. It feels like I was misled, and frankly, quite frustrated with the shifting information. I’m seriously considering canceling the agreement and having the panels removed immediately. I’m also prepared to involve my lawyer if necessary. The rapid changes and lack of clear communication since assigning me a new account manager have been concerning. We’re still waiting for those referrals we provided, and I’m hoping that issue gets resolved quickly.”

Overall, our experience with USA Solar was mixed. Melanie and Alejandra, the sales team, were fantastic – really attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about the solar program and our questions. However, the initial process felt a little rushed due to the funding involved, and we ultimately decided to exercise our right to cancel within the buyers remorse period. The biggest issue we encountered was the difficulty in getting in touch with anyone after the sale. We repeatedly struggled to reach the company, and the 888 number just directed us to an answering service. Thankfully, after contacting the loan company, Dividend Solar, they were responsive and helped us ensure we wouldn’t be responsible for the loan. Once we were assigned a specific individual to follow up with, things improved dramatically. But honestly, the initial lack of communication was incredibly concerning, and it made us feel like they weren’t prioritizing our ongoing satisfaction. While the sales team itself is excellent, they need to establish a better system for checking in with customers after the sale – it’s crucial for building trust and keeping customers for the long term. I’d give them a 3-star rating because of this communication gap.

“I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I’ve found their claims to be completely misleading and untrustworthy. After switching to their solar panel services, my bills have actually increased, despite assurances of no extra charges. The promised free removal and reinstallation of my solar panels if I needed to replace my roof turned out to be false. Furthermore, the customer service has been consistently unhelpful and unresponsive; they’ve repeatedly misled me about tax refunds, and my issues have never been properly addressed.”

“I’ve been incredibly frustrated lately with constant spam calls – it’s different numbers every day, and they’re always trying to sell me Solar USA’s services, even after I’ve clearly told them I’m not interested. It feels like a huge invasion of my privacy and a complete lack of respect. Honestly, it’s made me completely rule them out as a potential solar provider – I wouldn’t trust them at all.”

Overall, Amanda and Joe did a fantastic job with the initial presentation – they were both really professional and clearly knew a lot about the products. However, my experience since then has been incredibly frustrating. After a month, we’ve encountered a few issues with our devices, and reaching out for support has been a complete nightmare. We were just given a number to contact, and haven’t heard back. Then, inexplicably, our permits were approved and scheduled for installation, but no one ever showed up on Monday. I tried calling repeatedly, and it was like my calls just vanished. Finally, the person who answered the phone remembered me and I just asked to cancel the whole thing, but still no follow-up. Honestly, the lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering I was really excited about switching to solar energy. I’m deeply disappointed and concerned about how they’d handle a more serious issue.

“I’m incredibly frustrated with the persistent calls I’ve been receiving – primarily from Paul and automated messages coming from different numbers. Because of my job at the assistant DA office, I’m constantly answering my phone, and it’s become completely unacceptable. I’ve been forced to block dozens of numbers, only for them to reappear from new ones. Despite being on the national do-not-call list, these calls continue. I’m scheduling a conversation for tomorrow to address this ongoing issue and demand it stops.”

“I’m really frustrated with Solar Inc. I’ve been completely unable to get in touch with them for over a week now. We had our solar panels removed while we were having some roof work done, and we had a scheduled appointment to have them reinstalled. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and we haven't received any communication at all about the cancellation.”

Initially, everything seemed great – sales representatives were professional, online reviews were positive, and I felt confident in my decision. However, things quickly went wrong. The sales process involved an incentive to write a good review, which immediately raised a red flag, and the installation process was plagued with missed appointments and a complete lack of communication. After months of battling with them, including lengthy legal proceedings with their lawyers over the HOA approval and ultimately, a disastrous re-installation that damaged my new roof, it became clear they were not taking responsibility. The savings they initially promised were misleading, considering the high financing costs and ongoing bills. At the end of it all, even a significant reduction in my energy bill wouldn’t justify the immense trouble and damage caused.”
