  Working with Caithness Construction was absolutely the right decision for us. From start to finish, they really went above and beyond, building a home that’s exactly what we envisioned. Allen was fantastic – he was always on-site, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the highest standards were met. And Michelle in the office was a lifesaver, quickly and efficiently addressing every single one of our questions and concerns. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They built our house exactly to the drawings, but Mark, the site supervisor, consistently made small changes that significantly enhanced the beauty and quality of the home. We noticed these changes after we moved in, and we’re so grateful for his thoughtful improvements. The entire team was incredibly skilled. We were so impressed with everyone – George for the plumbing, Steve for the electrical, George for the tiling, and the framing and trim crews were all outstanding.   “Overall, the website could really use some improvement. It’s quite bare-bones and lacks key information like pricing and available properties. While I appreciate their traditional approach to communication, for a quick look at what’s on offer, it’s not very helpful. However, it’s worth noting that they’re a highly respected, class A builder with a fantastic reputation in the area for building quality homes.” report abuse
