Roland Joun and Wilkerson & Associates truly changed our lives. I’ll never forget the impact they had – specifically, the day Roland walked out to Dad while he was working in the field in 1998. It all started back in 1996 when we’d been working with Anne Arundel County to be able to gift our children and grandchildren smaller family lots. They kept insisting the lots had to be 20 acres each, which just wasn’t feasible. But Roland stepped in and, with his incredible knowledge of how the county operates, he was able to successfully subdivide the land, creating five 2-acre lots for our family and two additional bonus lots. That boosted our family’s income immensely, especially during retirement. We are so incredibly grateful for his dedication and the whole team at Wilkerson & Associates – we couldn’t have done it without them! We wholeheartedly recommend them for any surveying, house location plans, or subdivision needs. They are simply the best.
