  “I was completely stuck with a green, algae-filled pool – I’d tried everything myself, even spending over $100 on chemicals, but nothing seemed to work. Thankfully, Kevin Greenwell and Stevenson Pools stepped in! His son came out to my house three times to really tackle the problem, and they were able to get my pool sparkling clean and swimmable. Not only that, but Kevin took the time to explain what I was doing wrong, giving me some really helpful tips.   “I had a really frustrating experience trying to get an estimate for my pool project. I called to see who might be able to do the work, and the young woman who answered was very polite initially. However, she put me on hold for a long time, and when she returned, she couldn’t give me a specific time for a technician to come out. Her response about scheduling last-minute was completely unacceptable – I have a job and can’t just take time off to get an estimate. Suggesting she call me the night before was reasonable, but she then insisted on getting my credit card number without even confirming the job. It just seemed strange and made the whole process feel disorganized and unprofessional. Ultimately, I never heard back from them, even though they had my phone number. Honestly, if it’s this difficult to provide a basic estimate, I’m not confident it would be much easier to work with them on a larger project.” report abuse

I’ve taken photos documenting that process. However, unfortunately, after the organic matter rotted, the soil started to settle, and the pool decking began to sink into the holes.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely missed the deadline for my pool installation – it was originally scheduled for May, then they pushed it to July 3rd, and it’s now July 16th! I wouldn’t recommend using this business; seriously, go with Stevenson Pool instead. I’m extremely frustrated and planning to pursue further action. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the pool – it’s only two years old and already showing significant problems. The tiles are coming loose and there are black spots appearing around the dolphin shapes at the bottom, which is incredibly concerning.” report abuse
