  “We had a fantastic experience with E-Z Electric! Ed was incredibly responsive – he squeezed us in to fix our ceiling lamp problem the next morning after we called on a Friday night. He really took the time to explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. And the really amazing part was, after he finished up, our husband and some friends were having a tough time getting a king-size mattress up the stairs, and without a second thought, Ed jumped in to help us out.   “I was really pleased with Ed’s work! He came out to install a new light fixture in my bathroom as part of a small update, but he quickly uncovered some serious safety issues from the previous owners’ DIY “improvements.” He was fantastic – not only did he expertly move and install the fixture, keeping me in the loop about the placement, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the potential dangers and the solutions. It ended up taking him almost four hours to get everything completely up to code in both my kitchen and bathroom, which was longer than originally estimated, but completely worth it. The price was incredibly reasonable, and I feel so much safer knowing everything is now compliant.   “I was really impressed with the service I received. We had a flickering and then completely dead light issue in our upstairs closet and bathroom, and Ed responded the same day. He quickly diagnosed a short in one of the outlets – it was incredible how he pinpointed the problem so fast, and he fixed it within just 15 minutes. Honestly, it felt like he saved us from a potential fire! What really stood out was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing, so I completely understood what was going on.   Overall, my experience with Ed was mixed. While he did a good job with the work itself, I felt the pricing was a little high, especially as a first-time customer – I was surprised to be charged $110 an hour. He also significantly marked up the cost of materials, like the light switches he used, which I found misleading. Because of this, I didn't feel entirely comfortable with his pricing and it made me question his transparency, which impacted my trust in him. report abuse

  I was really pleased with Ed’s service. He was incredibly reliable and friendly – it’s always a relief to have someone you trust working in your home.   “Dealing with E.Z. Electricity was a really easy experience, thanks to Mr. Ed Z.! I needed my house electrical panel checked and also wanted to explore options for charging my electric car. I spoke with a few different companies, but Mr. Ed was incredibly straightforward about what needed to be done, and he even offered a helpful, free suggestion that completely solved my charging problem.   Ed was fantastic – I’ve used him twice now for electrical work, and I’m so pleased with the quality of his work, especially with installing the fans and lights. He’s really knowledgeable (he’s a Master Electrician), straightforward, and just a genuinely good guy to have around.
