  Honestly, I was really disappointed with Lawncare Pro’s service this summer. The quality of their work steadily declined with each cut, and it felt like they weren’t really invested in taking care of my lawn. I paid $800 for mulch, expecting it to help control the weeds that were starting to become a problem, but Raul explained that the fee didn’t include a weed barrier – a fact he hadn't bothered to mention initially. I sent him multiple pictures of the unfinished work, like the grass growing in the cracks around my concrete, but his responses were dismissive and frankly, disrespectful. After pointing out the weeds in my front yard during his last visit, he responded in a way that felt incredibly condescending. Ultimately, I had to cancel his services because of his unresponsive and almost contemptuous attitude.   Overall, we’ve been incredibly happy with Lawn Care Pro’s work. They initially took care of maintaining our lawn and cleaning up the landscaping, and we were particularly impressed with the natural swale they built to address the erosion issues – it’s really worked well, especially during those heavy storms we’ve had. Since then, they’ve also done some fantastic hardscaping projects for us, including extending our retaining wall, adding extra space to our driveway, and installing new steps leading from the patio to the backyard. Everything they’ve done has been done quickly and professionally, and at a price we felt was very fair. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. report abuse

  Raul was absolutely fantastic – he really exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, replying to my initial inquiry the same day. He also arrived right on time for our meeting and immediately took the time to really understand my vision for my yard. Not only did he do exactly what I asked for, but he went above and beyond, educating me on the best plants and shrubs for my yard and even offering advice on protecting them from local wildlife – he was even careful to protect a bird’s nest in my tree, which was a really thoughtful touch.   I was really happy with the quality of work Lawn Care Pro did – the pictures and reviews spoke for themselves. However, my experience with them was unfortunately quite frustrating. From the start, the owner was pleasant and provided my estimate quickly. But after that, communication broke down completely. He didn’t follow through on his promise to contact me about scheduling the work, and I ended up waiting weeks for a confirmed date, still without hearing from him. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this company based on the lack of communication and professionalism. report abuse

  Overall, we were really impressed with this company. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to landscape design and offered some fantastic, well-thought-out suggestions for improving our property.   “I was pretty disappointed with this company’s service. My main concerns were simple: I’d just planted new grass seed in the front yard and asked them to avoid mowing that area, and I wanted the entire backyard mowed instead of just weed whacked. When I brought this to their attention after only three mows, they essentially told me to go find another service. It ended up being necessary for both my neighbor and me to hire a different lawn service to get the job done right.” report abuse
