  “I couldn’t be happier with my solar panels installed by MSSI about four years ago. The system has run flawlessly, and I’m honestly amazed at how low my Pepco bill is – I almost forgot I had them! From the start, I was really impressed with MSSI. Collette, the owner, and her team are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about solar. Being a local company was a big plus for me, and I was also really pleased with the quality of the German-designed materials, manufactured right here in the US.   “I’ve been incredibly happy with MSSI’s work. They installed my solar panels about three years ago, and I was really impressed with how neat and tidy they were – they didn’t leave any unsightly conduits hanging on my roof and carefully ran the wiring through the attic to keep everything looking clean. Plus, they quickly resolved an issue with one of my inverters under warranty within just a few days. The system itself has performed brilliantly; I only pay a small amount for electricity in the winter months, but otherwise I get to take advantage of completely free power for the rest of the year.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with MSSI. While they were a bit pricier than the other quotes we received, the level of support they provided was absolutely worth the investment. They took the time to thoroughly walk us through everything and patiently answered all of our questions – honestly, I’d strongly recommend anyone considering solar work with MSSI; it’s a smart choice that will ultimately save you a lot of time and potential headaches.   Maryland Solar Solutions really stood out to us. From the start, the quality and speed of their panels were noticeably better than what we’d seen with other companies. But what truly impressed us was their incredible customer service – they were so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process, from getting HOA approval all the way through the installation and even coordinating with BGE. It was a really complicated process, and honestly, we would have been completely lost without their guidance. Now that our solar project is finished, they’re even continuing to monitor our energy production and address any problems.   “We went with MSSI for our solar panel installation about five years ago, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. They weren’t overly pushy with the sales, which we appreciated, and actually explained the system pretty well – better than some of the other companies we spoke to. However, we did have to do a bit of our own research to fully understand how it all worked. Since the installation, there haven’t been any problems at all. The only real frustration has been figuring out how to sell the SRECs we’ve been generating; it took us a while to find a workable solution, and it would have been great if MSSI could have offered a clearer explanation of the options available.” report abuse

  I’m really pleased with our decision to go with MSSI for our solar panels. We installed them two years ago, and they’ve been performing brilliantly – right on the amount they predicted, which was fantastic. What really stood out to us was how responsive and knowledgeable the MSSI team were. They clearly had a really strong understanding of the technology, and their projections were actually more optimistic than other companies’ estimates, thanks to the Winaico panels. We were a little skeptical at first, but it’s proven to be a top-notch system at a competitive price, and they handled the whole installation process seamlessly. Honestly, we’re generating almost 65% of our own energy, and it’s incredibly rewarding. We’re aiming for 100%, and we’re confident we’ll reach that goal. It’s paying off in about 7-8 years, and if you're considering solar, I’d definitely recommend MSSI – it’s a fantastic investment. report abuse
