  Steve was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help us with our sill plate repair. He patiently walked us through the whole process and even took the time to walk around the property, pointing out some potential improvements we could consider.   Honestly, Aaron was a bit frustrating to work with. While he did inspect the basement and determined it didn’t need repairs – which was a relief – his approach felt a little manipulative. He offered to send me a written confirmation if I left a positive review and promised $25. I’ve followed through on that, but I’ve received no communication from him whatsoever, despite the fact that this delay is impacting my closing. I’ve left multiple messages and haven’t gotten a single response. It’s completely unacceptable to hold up a closing and not communicate, and I’m now stuck having to pay someone else to assess the situation.   Tyler was fantastic – genuinely friendly and incredibly thorough. He spent over two hours meticulously inspecting my entire basement and clearly explained every area of concern.
