  “I’m really happy with my new Permalock metal roof – East Coast Metal Roofing did a fantastic job installing it. The whole process was so smooth, and Patric and the team were incredibly professional and kept me fully updated on everything. It’s definitely a big investment, but I’m confident it’ll last a lifetime, and I really love the look of the Permalock compared to other roofing options. Just a heads-up though – if you’re considering financing through Slice, be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions. They initially presented it as a no-interest deal for 12 months, but it’s actually upfront interest for that period that gets refunded if you pay off the loan within 12 months.” report abuse

  “We recently had East Coast Metal Roofing install a new roof, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We’d seen their work on a neighbor’s house earlier in the spring and were really impressed with the finished look, so we decided to get a quote. From the initial consultation with Patric Saad, we felt confident in their work. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, and gave us great advice about the materials and the company. The installation itself was fantastic. The crew arrived about four to five weeks later and got right to work, efficiently removing our old roof and laying down the underlayment. They were incredibly fast and meticulous, using tarps to minimize mess and cleaning up almost everything themselves. What really stood out was that they also took care of replacing some rotted siding – a huge bonus! Throughout the process, Steve Elliot was our on-site quality control rep, and he was always there to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. Communication was excellent – Jenna and Alex in the office management team were always responsive and helpful. We even had a final inspection by Kevin to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we’re thrilled with our new roof and have gotten lots of compliments.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Dave and his team! They really went the extra mile – after finishing our new roof yesterday, they took the time to walk around with us, making sure we were completely satisfied. I noticed some dust from the chimney bricks on the roof, but I wasn’t concerned, and then, incredibly, two of the crew members came back later that night to meticulously clean it off. It was such a thoughtful and impressive touch. I originally gave them a 4-star rating, but I called Dave directly to request a 5-star rating – they deserve it!   We couldn’t be happier with our new roof installed by ECMR! From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Mike was a huge help, walking us through all the options – both the roofing materials and the financing – and really took the stress out of the process. Shaun, Jenna, and Alex in the office were incredibly efficient and helpful, and the crew themselves were just wonderful – always pleasant and kept to their schedule. They did a fantastic job, and while the weather did cause a slight delay, we were kept informed every step of the way. The cleanup was excellent, and we only found a few stray nails.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work ECMR did on my house. Built in 1860, it had the original slate roof, but it was beyond repair. Mike from ECMR was fantastic – he was really honest and explained everything clearly about the new roofing options. Because my roof is quite large and steep, they were the perfect fit. The crew were incredibly professional and did a truly outstanding job; the whole process took just seven days and the results were amazing! It was an investment, certainly more than a standard roof, but knowing I’ll never have to worry about repairs makes it absolutely worth it.   “We absolutely loved our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Dave Harrison, our product specialist, was a huge help – he met with us with no pressure, patiently explained everything, and really took the time to address the issues we had with our old roof, like the incorrectly installed gutters and the way the rooflines were constructed. Shaun LaForce, the Quality Control Manager, was also consistently on-site, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. And let’s not forget Jenna and Alexandria in the office – they kept us perfectly informed about the project’s timeline and delivery. The installation crew, led by Alex, did an incredible job, actually finishing the whole thing in just two days despite the snowstorm! They even shoveled our driveway the day after.   Overall, we were really pleased with East Coast Metal Roofing. While the project was a significant investment, the peace of mind knowing we won’t have to worry about roof repairs for years to come is a huge relief. The crew was fantastic – they put in a tremendous amount of hard work, often from sunup to sundown, and were consistently friendly and professional. We did encounter a few small issues during the installation, but they were handled efficiently and promptly by Andrew and Mike. Andrew, our product specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable, and Mike, the quality control rep, was fantastic at keeping us updated and responding to our questions. We’d definitely recommend them – we’ll be contacting them again when we’re ready to install solar panels and a stove hood vent. Knowing this metal roof will be a lasting investment for our son and potentially increase the value of the house if he ever decides to sell, makes this a truly worthwhile decision. report abuse

Starting with Patric Saad, we really appreciated his help navigating the pricing – it was great to see ECMR offered a competitive rate, especially compared to other companies we looked at with much worse financing options. Once the work began, Shaun LaForce and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job. Our 1890s Vermont Village house presented some unique challenges, and they tackled the old, dilapidated roof with such dedication and care.
