  Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using them to build a house. I know they’re building one right next to mine, and the lot itself is decent, but they really lack attention to detail – they’re just burying the concrete instead of properly removing it, and there’s absolutely no space left for privacy. It just felt like a really disjointed experience from beginning to end. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with our experience purchasing this lot model. They were fantastic to work with – incredibly personable and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, especially since we couldn’t make any customizations due to them needing to make room for new inventory. They even corrected a significant issue when the furnace was initially installed in the wrong spot in the basement, promptly moving it to its proper location. However, we do foresee some challenges when it comes to finishing the basement itself. The layout is quite complicated with oil and water tanks in every corner, and the main drain pipe runs nearly the entire length and drops significantly as it heads towards the septic system. report abuse
