  Honestly, buying a double wide was a really challenging experience due to the market conditions at the time. But I have to say, Twin Town did an absolutely fantastic job throughout the whole process. They were incredibly supportive and professional, even when things got stressful for us. report abuse

  Kristin was fantastic to work with. After a tough experience with our bank, the Lycoming Ranch model from Twin Town felt like a real relief, and Kristin was a huge part of that.   “I bought my home from Twin Town Homes this past summer, and they assured me it was ready for move-in by September. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened. I’ve been contacting them for nearly four months now, and despite the ongoing issues – including cracked ceilings, holes in the floors, and problems with the siding – they haven’t completed the necessary repairs.” report abuse

  Honestly, we’ve been incredibly disappointed. We’ve experienced a constant stream of problems and haven’t received any helpful solutions. Our basement is already showing significant damage – cracks and water leaks – after only three years, and we’ve found weak spots in our kitchen and bathroom floors. It’s been a really frustrating experience. report abuse
