  “I’m extremely disappointed with the work here. The soil analysis and septic system design were completely inadequate, and it’s clear the person involved lacked the necessary expertise. It appeared they hadn’t properly vetted the project, and charged an exorbitant amount – twice the original bid. When we questioned the billing, they immediately escalated the matter to collections, tripling the initial cost. I had to involve the state attorney general to resolve the situation, which was completely unacceptable. Honestly, I strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. The entire process was plagued by delays – it took far longer than we were told to get the drawings submitted and finally approved. We were constantly given assurances that things were moving forward, but it felt like they were deliberately stalling, and we’d repeatedly be told ‘just a little longer.’ Ultimately, we were left waiting months to close on the project. Worse still, they attempted to bill us nearly double the agreed-upon price, which was almost $3,000. Thankfully, we had the original contract to back us up, but it caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and expense. We ended up spending a significant amount of money just trying to get them to follow through, and I strongly recommend seeking out other engineering firms – there are many more reliable options out there.” report abuse
