  Hall Quality Homes truly went above and beyond to build us our dream home, and we’re so incredibly grateful for their dedication. We opted for a custom spec home early in the construction process, and from the start, the team worked closely with us, bringing our vision to life – even with some pretty unusual requests like a blue kitchen island and ship lap walls! Our realtor, Ann Riggs, was fantastic, acting as a key liaison between us and Hall, coordinating everything through FaceTime and providing lots of photos. It was a little challenging being out of state and unfamiliar with Alaska, but Hall and Ann handled everything with patience and professionalism, making the whole experience surprisingly smooth and painless. I really appreciated being able to visit the site and discuss my specific requests – they were incredibly responsive and happy to make the changes I wanted. The entire team was professional and friendly, and I especially want to commend our realtor, Ann Riggs. She was fantastic, incredibly patient and communicative, and really helped me navigate all the details, from the lot location to the specific features of the house. While most of the subcontractors did a great job, I’d suggest being extra diligent when working with the electricians, as it’s worth double-checking their approach.
