“I really wasn’t impressed with this plumber. They were incredibly busy and unfortunately, that meant they couldn’t provide any real assistance. I waited a long time for them to arrive and they didn’t seem responsive at all. Honestly, I’d recommend looking for another plumber if you need urgent help.”

“I had Advanced Plumbing and Heating out in August of 2012 to fix my furnace, and while they did the job, it seems to have been a recurring issue. Just recently, in January when it was -24 degrees, the heater went out again. Unfortunately, Advanced isn’t open on Sundays, so I had to call another company, Mat-Su Mechanical, to get it resolved.”
