  “Overall, my experience with AAA was really disappointing. I needed some pit run material and, because Central was closed on Saturday, I went with AAA. Unfortunately, the loader operator was dealing with a huge amount of boulders at the bottom of the pit, and he was just scooping them up in his load. It was incredibly noisy – constant banging – and the material was shockingly full of rocks. To add to the frustration, they informed me about a $60 minimum charge for just 5 yards, which was significantly more expensive than what Central charges. Given the overwhelming number of boulders, I felt completely ripped off. When I brought it up, the manager seemed completely uninterested and dismissed it with a shrug. I ended up dumping the whole load back into the pit, and he just watched. Honestly, it made me really appreciate Central Gravel – their material is much better, and their service is far more considerate. I only needed a small amount for personal projects, and after this experience, I definitely won’t be returning to AAA.” report abuse
