  “Overall, I was really pleased with Stevens Glass’s work. They came to my house to add new glass panes to my existing double-pane windows – my house was built in the mid-80s, so double-paned windows were standard. Before anything, they carefully checked my windows to see if adding a pane was a viable option, and thankfully, they were suitable. They also took the time to replace the seals on all the windows that open. The team was incredibly professional throughout the whole process; they kept me fully updated, showed up on time, and delivered a fantastic result. Since they finished, my house feels noticeably warmer and draft-free, and it was a much more affordable solution than replacing the entire windows – I’m really happy with the outcome.” report abuse

  Overall, the service was pretty good, and I appreciated how quickly they addressed the problems with my wife’s car after the windshield replacement. They were really responsive and fixed the trim issue and the collision system warning light promptly. It’s good they identified the broken wire during the repair. However, I was a little concerned that both of these issues – the trim and the warning light – were so noticeable and weren't caught during a quick inspection before I drove the car off the lot. I’m wondering about their quality control process and whether the installer had sufficient experience. I’d like to understand how they ensure a thorough check before a vehicle is returned to a customer. Despite these concerns, the staff were friendly and resolved the situation effectively, so I’m giving it a 2.5 out of 5 stars. report abuse

  “Overall, the glass replacement on my truck was a bit of a mixed experience. While they ultimately addressed the issue and were very professional in resolving it after I brought it to their attention, the initial work left a mess – they left pieces of the old window molding in the truck bed and didn’t fully reinstall everything that was removed. Considering the cost of nearly $800, I was hoping for a more thorough and tidy job.” report abuse
