  Ross was fantastic! I called him out to fix a problem with an old lamp – just one light wasn’t working properly. He was so friendly and took the time to meet me, even during a really busy day. He couldn’t guarantee he’d have everything right away, but he really went the extra mile, not only fixing the faulty light but also inspecting the whole thing and switching the switch for easier use.   “I’ve used Ross and AEECO Electricians for a few smaller projects over the years, and I can honestly say they’re fantastic. They really do provide a level of personal attention and expertise you don't always find. Recently, I had a ceiling fan issue and Ross was incredible – he arrived right on time Tuesday morning and completely fixed it, even salvaging the fan’s original features after it was just a wiring problem. As a former Navy Electronics Tech, I really appreciate his skills and the care he takes. Plus, they’re reasonably priced.   Ross from American Eagle Electric did an absolutely fantastic job wiring my new hot tub. He pulled all the necessary wiring – #6-gauge wire – from my breaker panel out to the tub (about 50 feet), and he did it incredibly efficiently. I’ve done some electrical work myself, and I was really impressed with his knowledge and how he approached the job. He even offered some great suggestions for setting up the hot tub and how to maintain it. Plus, he went above and beyond by taking before-and-after photos, which was super helpful! The whole area looked fantastic when he was finished, cleaner than it was before. I’d absolutely use American Eagle Electric again and wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend Ross and American Eagle Electric – they’re simply the best electricians I’ve ever worked with in Southern Maryland. Ross himself is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, and his assistant, Eddie, was always polite, professional, and got to our place quickly. We had a serious electrical issue and he diagnosed and fixed it the same day we called! I’ve used them before too – a couple of years back, Ross even took my call and solved a problem over the phone, saving us a costly service visit. And not only that, but he recently repaired and reinstalled a really old, valuable lamp fixture for us – it's still working perfectly after over five years!   American Eagle Electric did an absolutely fantastic job relocating my breaker panel. From start to finish, I was incredibly impressed. They were so thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which really put me at ease. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work, and they paid such close attention to detail. But what really stood out was their responsiveness when I suddenly had a problem with my septic pump shortly before they were due to start the work. They didn’t hesitate to spend 8 hours troubleshooting and fixing the issue – running new wiring and replacing faulty outlets – and completely took care of it. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring I wasn't left with a problem. Honestly, American Eagle Electric went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

I especially appreciated the detailed invoice – they clearly broke down the costs of labor, materials, and fees, which gave me a lot of confidence. They even provided pictures of the work they did, which is a really helpful touch, especially for a project like this. They quickly identified and fixed the problem with my fan’s remote, and they went above and beyond by painting a trim piece on my very high ceiling – a really thoughtful detail.
