We had a really frustrating experience trying to get a septic system quote from Thelens. While the initial lady on the phone was nice, we were given a timeframe of 5-7 days and promised a follow-up. However, we waited over two weeks and multiple calls yielded no estimate and, shockingly, no record of our initial inquiry. The last person we spoke with simply said, "I'm busy," with no apology or attempt to help. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Honestly, we wouldn't recommend going with Thelens – it seems like they're understaffed and don't prioritize their customers.
