  “I was waiting in the garage to pick up my sunflower seeds – three 40-pound bags – and it took nearly fifteen minutes before a worker finally came over to ask what I needed. He just said I could take them while he was helping someone else. It was a bit frustrating after waiting so long, especially since I’d just come from church and had to wrestle with three really dirty, dusty bags. Honestly, a little help would have been appreciated, and some basic customer service would have been nice.” report abuse

  I was really taken aback by my experience here. There was a mask requirement posted at the door, but the clerk wouldn't wear one himself and then asked me to leave. It seemed like a disregard for customers, and I wouldn’t be returning to a business that treated people that way. report abuse
