  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. We called them out to fix the electrical issue at our dock, which they’d installed a few years prior, but they couldn't resolve it on their first visit back in June. They needed more time and a different tool, which unfortunately didn’t even pinpoint the problem. It took three trips – the first was June 27th, and the last was August 14th. Ultimately, they decided to redo the entire electrical system. Now they’re using the correct materials and conduit, but I’m extremely concerned about the bill. I’m being charged $90 for vehicle trips, three days of labor, $325 for a trench machine, $75 for a locator, and $62 for gas – I shouldn’t be billed for the use of their tools or equipment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience. report abuse

  Honestly, this guy was a complete disaster. He was clearly very intoxicated, acting like he’d just left a bar, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Zero stars – if I could give him less! report abuse
