  I was absolutely blown away by Clearview’s work replacing all the windows and my sliding glass door. Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews, but their service was just so exceptional that I had to share my experience. I’d been bouncing around getting quotes from different companies, and Clearview was the only one that carried Okna windows and offered service in Calvert County, MD – thankfully it turned out to be the best decision I made. The salesman was fantastic; he actually had real samples of the Okna 700 casement windows I wanted to see, unlike other companies who just pulled whatever they had from the back of their trucks. The whole process was really straightforward, from the contract to the schedule. But the installers – seriously, they were incredible! So skilled and professional, I don't even have the words to describe them. And to top it all off, Clearview went above and beyond, coordinating with the manufacturer to get missing parts and even returned to do some final touch-ups and check in to make sure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t expect to think about my windows again for a long time – I’d definitely use them again.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really happy with Clearview Window – I actually had them install my windows about five years ago, and they did a fantastic job. More recently, I needed a little help with a window that wasn’t opening correctly, and they were incredibly responsive. What impressed me most was their customer service; they first tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, asking me to send pictures and walk me through the problem to see if I could fix it myself. The installation crew of three arrived promptly and were incredibly considerate, asking about my preferred start time. They worked diligently throughout the morning, taking a brief lunch break, and finished the job ahead of schedule. What really stood out was their attention to detail – they used drop cloths and cleaned up meticulously afterward. He arrived promptly, fixed the issue with the storm door at no charge, and was a really friendly and professional guy.   “I was so happy with Clearview’s service! I had a leaky window and they responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out the same day to assess the problem. The window was completely fixed within a week, and Sam was fantastic – really helpful and accommodating, fitting the job into his schedule without any hassle, and at a very reasonable price. He gave us all the time we needed to consider our options and talk it over with my husband. The installation itself was a breeze! They got the windows installed in just six weeks, and the team was so quick – they completed the job of five windows in under three hours. They were also incredibly friendly and courteous, making sure to clean up as they went. They showed me exactly how everything worked and really took pride in making sure every window was perfect.
