  “We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Maryland Deck Works. We’d been struggling for over a year to find a contractor to resurface our deck, and frankly, we were getting frustrated with the high prices and lack of communication we were receiving. Del was a breath of fresh air! He was completely upfront with his estimate, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and kept us updated every step of the way. He even honestly let us know about a couple of unexpected issues that arose during the project, which did increase the final cost slightly, but we completely understood and appreciated his transparency. The crew was fantastic – on time, incredibly respectful, and just really hardworking. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better team.   Del and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our composite deck! I was really impressed with Del’s thoroughness – he clearly explained every step of the process, from the initial design to the finished product. He also took care of all the necessary paperwork with the HOA and County, and provided a detailed timeline for the entire project, which really put our minds at ease.   Del and his team were absolutely fantastic! They really went above and beyond, staying with me throughout the entire deck replacement process and always being there to answer any questions I had.   Del and Maryland Deckworks did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our deck. They were incredibly efficient, but also incredibly detail-oriented, and the finished product is truly stunning. We were facing a huge challenge with the permit process – Howard County was being particularly difficult due to our location in a flood zone – but Del went above and beyond, taking it upon himself to advocate for us. He spent a lot of time contacting different county officials, and amazingly, he secured the permit within about a month! We were honestly amazed.
