“I honestly can’t recommend Patrick and Integrity Engineering highly enough. We’d been battling a persistent creaking in our new home’s roof and siding for years – we’d gone through our builder and several roofing and siding companies, but no one could pinpoint the real cause, and we kept wasting money. Then, I left a voicemail, and Patrick called back right away. He was honest about his schedule, but immediately offered to help. He spent a good 30 minutes explaining the problem and what needed to be done, and he even sent a follow-up text with a photo. He even came out to our house to double-check his diagnosis! The best part is, he did all of this completely free of charge. It’s so rare to find a business owner who would go above and beyond like that. Thanks to Patrick’s expertise, we were able to find a local contractor to fix the issue, and amazingly, it’s been perfectly quiet for the past seven years!
