  “I was really impressed with Priority Plumbing & Drain-Pasadena. They definitely live up to their name – they were incredibly responsive and got the job done quickly. Jason and James were fantastic; they expertly rerouted the toilet supply line, adjusted the sink drain, and installed the new vanity – even tackling a tricky job involving cutting into the wall. They thought through the process completely, explained everything clearly, and were incredibly respectful of our property, using shoe covers and tarps. It was just a really neat and professional job, and you could tell they were knowledgeable. Jess at the office was also wonderful, keeping us updated and really trying to accommodate our schedule.   Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received. The technician, Zach, was fantastic – he arrived on time, finished the job perfectly, and took the time to explain everything about the new touchless faucet, even showing us how to handle any potential problems down the line. We really appreciated the text reminders and updates about his arrival. What was particularly impressive was that he identified a hidden issue with our water shut-off during the installation, and thankfully had the part readily available to fix it immediately.   I had a really positive experience with Priority Plumbing and Drain. Their team is clearly professional and knowledgeable – I especially want to commend Tim Greig. From the initial booking, which was incredibly easy, to his arrival and diagnosis, everything was handled seamlessly. Tim is genuinely one of the best plumbers I’ve worked with in the last decade. He arrived on time, explained the issues clearly, and provided honest quotes for the repairs to my toilet. Importantly, he didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. Once the repairs were complete, the bathroom was back to normal, as if nothing was ever wrong! I wholeheartedly recommend Tim Greig and Priority Plumbing and Drain – they’re fantastic and I’d definitely use them again in the MD area. report abuse
