I can’t recommend this company. My experience with Dave Gariepy and his team was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unprofessional. Despite promising a survey, communication completely stopped after a brief initial contact. I spent over a year repeatedly reaching out – calling his office, texting, and even contacting him directly – with no resolution. He apologized for the lack of progress, but nothing changed. It required a 80-mile round trip just to speak with him, and he continued to ignore my attempts to connect. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a disengaged and unresponsive business. Please, consider going elsewhere – it’s simply not worth the hassle.

When I tried to reschedule, it was canceled again, and then months later they just showed up at my door unannounced to complete the survey. It felt like there was a complete lack of communication and respect for my time – frankly, the customer service was just unacceptable.”
