  Honestly, my experience applying for this apprenticeship has been incredibly frustrating. I’d been really excited about the opportunity, especially as a veteran looking for a new career path – the VA approved this program, which was a huge plus. However, the hiring process was plagued with issues. The HR manager initially told me it would take about three weeks, but she went on vacation and completely forgot about my application, causing me to miss the start date. Then, she put my application on hold, seemingly to avoid any responsibility. It feels like she wasn’t genuinely interested in my application or the program itself. It’s disappointing to hear that the hiring process is handled solely by one person, Patricia Alonzo, and that she didn’t seem to prioritize veterans seeking opportunities like these. report abuse
