  “I really appreciate the honesty and transparency throughout the whole process. They clearly explained the different pricing options – weekend versus weekday, and scheduling, and even offered a discount for new customers. They took the time to do a really thorough diagnosis of our AC unit, and most importantly, they helped us understand the problem and the potential solutions.   “I reached out to this company after my home inspection flagged a straightforward electrical issue – just adding a new breaker and a grommet. They initially quoted me $70 plus the cost of the work, which seemed reasonable. However, when the electrician arrived, he presented a completely unexpected bill of almost $800, citing “untangling a rats’ nest of wires” as an additional charge. This wasn’t in the original inspection report and I hadn’t asked for it when I first spoke with them. He seemed dismissive when I questioned the extra cost, and then quickly reduced the quote. Honestly, the whole experience made me feel like I was being manipulated, and I felt uncomfortable because of how it was handled. I needed to discuss it with my business partner, and thankfully, she was able to talk him down to a more acceptable price of $290 plus the fee. Ultimately, I decided not to go ahead with the project because of the initial miscommunication and the way the situation unfolded – it left me with a really uneasy feeling.” report abuse

  “The tech I spoke with was fantastic – really nice, prompt, and upfront about everything. He resolved the issue quickly, which was great. However, I was really frustrated that I ended up having to pay for an after-hours call, especially since the problem seemed to fix itself shortly after he left. It felt a bit greedy of the company to charge for that, and ultimately, I felt like I’d wasted $138.” report abuse

  Dunn’s did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my electrical panels and outlets. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and everyone was really approachable – I especially enjoyed chatting with Jonah (Slim) and Jesse. They really took the time to explain everything and make sure everything was done perfectly. I felt completely confident in their expertise, and their rates are very reasonable. I’m planning to have some plumbing work done next week and have no doubt they’ll handle it with the same level of quality and care.   Lindy Adams was really pleased with the service she received. The technician was incredibly polite and professional, arriving on time and taking the extra step of showing her pictures of the work he’d done. He explained everything clearly and even offered helpful advice on maintaining her unit.   Lance was fantastic! He installed both my new dishwasher outlet and a security light at the front of the house, and did a really great job. He was punctual, super friendly and professional, and he even cleaned up everything afterward – I couldn’t be happier with his work. report abuse
