When we signed up, we were given a 30-day cancellation window, but it seems like the rules have been inconsistent. A friend who started their service around the same time cancelled just a week later, but they were initially told they only had four days. Despite being assured our DVR would be removed, I recently received a bill with it added, even though I spoke to customer service two weeks ago about cancelling it. It's great that my friend eventually won their dispute, but it’s been a long and confusing process. We’re thankfully nearing the end of our equipment payments, and we definitely won’t be using Vivint again once we’re done!”

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The software was unreliable, the equipment felt quite basic, and the cancellation process was unnecessarily complicated. Frankly, I believe the company needs a significant overhaul in its leadership and approach to business.
