  Ed at the Weymouth store was fantastic! He really knew his stuff and helped us find exactly what we needed, without being pushy. Plus, we got a much better price than we expected – and because I’m a DIYer, they happily took the leftover hardwood back when we didn’t need it all.   I was really disappointed with my experience at this tile store. The biggest issue was the lack of follow-up – I never received a single call after my initial order. I initially went looking for rubber gym mats, and while Chris seemed helpful at first, he never actually followed through on his promise to call. Honestly, the products themselves seemed okay, but the complete absence of communication was incredibly frustrating. After picking up some tile samples, Chris wasn’t there when we returned a couple of weeks later, and we never heard back about the rubber mats. It felt like they simply didn't care about keeping me informed. I’ve found similar tile stores, and I would advise anyone considering a larger project to proceed with caution – you really need to be confident in their communication and willingness to address issues. Ultimately, I personally need a company to demonstrate reliability, and this place just didn’t deliver. report abuse

  Chris made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and Chris was fantastic at showing us our options without any pressure. Everything went exactly as planned – our order arrived on time, the contractor picked it up without a hitch, and the service was just friendly and accurate.   Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The new wood flooring looks seamless and blends perfectly with the existing floors, which are over 20 years old – you wouldn’t even know they’d been recently updated! report abuse
