  I had a drainage project planned, aiming to bury my downspouts and connect them with PVC to drain into the woods – it was going to cost around $6,000. Tim from Watchman Waterproofing came out to assess the situation. Instead of just fulfilling my original plan, he walked me through a much better, more effective solution that was significantly cheaper. He essentially steered me towards a different, equally good option – one that saved me a lot of money. What impressed me most was his integrity and professionalism. He could have taken the job, but he recognized a better way forward and offered his expertise to help me find it.   “Overall, it was a really positive experience working with this company. The technician was very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue I was having and we discussed potential solutions for a good 10 minutes.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with Watchman Waterproofing’s work! We had a really serious problem with flooding in our basement – it happened in March 2018 after we lost power and our old sump pump failed. It was always damp during heavy rains. They completely transformed the situation by installing a proper perimeter drainage system with a new sump pump that even has battery backup – a huge improvement over the previous setup. Honestly, I haven't noticed a single damp spot this fall, not even with all the rain we’ve been getting. I couldn't be happier with the results!” report abuse

  I have to say, Watchman Waterproofing completely exceeded my expectations! We had a really stressful situation – a failed drainage system in our basement was causing water to leak through the floor. Larry was fantastic, quickly diagnosing the problem and proposing a solution. The scheduling was incredibly easy, and they got the new system installed just before Thanksgiving. Darms led the installation, and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They did a fantastic job – jackhammering around the perimeter, removing the old system, and installing everything new, including new pipes, pits, and two sump pumps. However, we had a hiccup the next day when the water started flowing down our neighbor’s yard. But honestly, that’s when their responsiveness really shone. Larry got Darms and the team back out to the house within 30 minutes! They quickly realized the issue and, with minimal extra cost, rerouted the drainage to the other side of our house. I felt awful that they had to redo some of their work, but Darms and his team were so positive and professional throughout the whole process, going above and beyond. Now we have a completely dry basement, and all the water is safely draining away from our house and our neighbors. We are absolutely thrilled with Watchman Waterproofing – they’re fantastic! report abuse
