  I absolutely loved my experience! There was a minor issue with the driver’s side window, but the team responded so quickly and professionally. Someone even came to my house to diagnose and fix it. They ended up needing to replace another part to get everything working perfectly, and Randy went above and beyond by having it fixed for free at the shop. Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough – the employees were fantastic and incredibly accommodating. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with this window repair service started off really well. They responded quickly to my initial request, provided a lifetime warranty, and were consistently helpful. However, things quickly went downhill. After needing the window repaired several times – about five or six – the owner became incredibly aggressive and rude. He blamed me for the damage, refused to properly fix the window, and ultimately kicked me out of the shop. I ended up having to take my vehicle to a reputable window repair place where the issue was actually resolved. Frankly, the owner’s behavior was completely unacceptable, and I felt he was simply trying to avoid responsibility. I have documented evidence of his actions, and I'm sharing my experience publicly to warn others. report abuse

  “I was completely shocked to find my front passenger window had broken overnight! Thankfully, Nathan and Edgar from Phoenix Power Window Repair were fantastic – they were incredibly nice, professional, and got the job done in just an hour. The best part was how affordable it was. I’d gotten an estimate from a local shop for $751, and I’d have to drop off my car and wait. But Phoenix Power Window Repair charged just $340! Plus, they offered to sell me a new window if I wanted one. It was so convenient having them come to my house – I highly recommend them!” report abuse
