  Overall, my experience working with Ectico Construction Group was fantastic. The team was incredibly welcoming and professional, and I truly appreciated the collaborative atmosphere. Everyone – from the office staff like Gary, Jeff, Zack, Taylor, and Nick – to the loaders, were consistently on time and delivered a great product.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. They were hired to work for Toll Brothers and others, but they’ve consistently failed to keep their promises or stick to their schedules. Most concerningly, they’ve treated warranty work as a low priority – I’ve waited over three months for a significant repair following the initial installation, and now there’s another week delay, apparently because they’re prioritizing new jobs. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to proceed with extreme caution. report abuse
