  “I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Apex Garage Doors. We’d been struggling with a broken spring for six weeks and had gotten quotes from eight different companies, but none of them could pinpoint the problem – they all wanted to replace the entire motor or door! Then Apex came along and Brian, the technician, diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it within 40 minutes. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and didn’t try to upsell us anything. The whole experience was fantastic, and it was a fraction of the price of the other companies.   I was so relieved when Apex came out yesterday to fix my garage door – it was completely stuck! It turned out the spring had broken, and thankfully they were able to get someone out to me the very next day. Brian did an amazing job – he fixed both springs on the large door and even upgraded the rollers, and now it opens and closes so smoothly, it’s actually better than it’s ever been. Beyond the excellent repair work, Brian was really helpful, giving me some great advice on how to keep the door in top shape.   “I had my single-car spring replaced recently by Apex, and I was really pleased with the service. The original spring had broken after about four years, and getting quotes was a hassle – most companies wouldn’t give me a price over the phone. Apex was great though; they took the time to get a quote once they saw the situation, making sure nothing was damaged during the repair. While their price wasn’t the cheapest I found, it was definitely the best value considering the warranty they offered, which was significantly higher than what other companies were providing – some were quoting upwards of $2,000! They replaced my single spring with a two-spring system for around a fourth of that price. Overall, the repair was quick, professional, and exactly as they promised.   “I’ve been incredibly pleased with Apex – they’re definitely my go-to for garage issues. I’ve had them out twice now for our rental property: once when a renter accidentally damaged the garage rails, and another time when the door wasn’t working properly. Each time, they responded quickly and the rates were very fair. I was particularly impressed with the second visit – it turned out to be a simple mistake by the renter, but they still came out, diagnosed the problem, and took care of some maintenance while they were there.   “I was so impressed with Apex Garage Door & Repair! They tackled a really tricky situation – my old garage door just wouldn’t open, and there’s no direct access from the house. Brian did a fantastic job, even needing to call for backup to get it started. He then took the initiative to actually fix it himself, staying inside the garage on a warm day. He really went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.
