  Mike and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my yard. They were incredibly reliable, showing up right on time and completing the work quickly.   “I recently contacted MGM Landscaping to get a quote for landscaping my new backyard. I scheduled an appointment through their website for a November 6th visit, but no one ever showed up. I left a voicemail and Megan called back to reschedule for November 8th, but unfortunately that appointment was also canceled due to a family emergency. Despite being understanding about the situation, I was disappointed that we couldn’t get a quote scheduled. While Megan did come out on November 13th to take measurements and promised a quote would be sent the next day, I never received it. I followed up with a text message on November 17th, but still didn’t hear back. As of today, December 1st, I haven’t gotten a quote or any communication from the company. While I’ve seen they have a 5-star rating online, based on my experience, I don’t feel that reflects the level of attention and follow-up I received.” report abuse

  “My experience with this company was really disappointing. I scheduled an estimate online, but received an email with typos informing me the time was already booked.   I was really frustrated with this experience. I scheduled a free estimate and received two automated reminders, but when I showed up on the day of, no one was there. I spent the whole day off work waiting, and I’ve been completely unable to get in touch with them – I’ve called all the numbers listed on their website and Facebook, and haven’t received a single response. Because of their no-show and lack of communication, I’m now looking for a different landscaping company. report abuse
