Overall, I’m happy with my living situation here. Management has been great and I haven’t experienced any issues. My only concern is the yard – it gets really difficult to maintain with all the weeds, especially with the heat. It’s a safe and comfortable place to live though.

Terri is an absolutely fantastic manager – she’s so kind and always willing to help out. It’s genuinely lovely living here, and she really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

“I really enjoyed working with this customer – they were fantastic! It was a small job, but we got along really well and it ended with a great outcome for both of us, including some tools as payment. I’m definitely hoping to collaborate on more projects with them in the future.”

I can’t recommend this trailer park at all. The management is incredibly unprofessional – they’ll tow your car at 2 pm without warning and then refuse to tell you where the towing facility is or which company they use. When I inquired about it, they just hung up on me. Seriously, avoid this place and definitely don’t visit anyone who lives there.

Overall, this mobile home park seems like a really nice place to be. Residents have mentioned it’s friendly and well-maintained, with clean streets, a pool, and an exercise room – great amenities! The lobby is a nice touch too for when you just want a change of scenery.

This community truly shines because of the genuine care and attention they give to their residents. The new staff has made a fantastic impact, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Overall, this RV park seems like a solid option. The rates are reasonable at around $420 a month, plus you’ll need to factor in electricity and water costs. They also offer mobile home rentals, which is a nice bonus. The pool area is really well-maintained and there’s a very professional staff on hand.

Honestly, my visit to the park was pretty disappointing. The park grounds themselves were decent, but the manager came across as incredibly unpleasant. She seemed to think her position gave her a right to be rude and arrogant, and her behavior was just completely unprofessional.

“I’m really disappointed with the lack of progress on repairs here. It’s been six months since we moved in, and the significant holes in my bedroom haven’t been addressed. They’ve gotten worse, and my bed is now sinking into one of them – I’ve been covering it with boards temporarily. Honestly, I’m frustrated that nothing has been done. I need to see some action taken, either from the maintenance team picking up the pace or by hiring additional support to handle these issues.”
-
“I spend a significant amount of time at this location because my boyfriend lives here, but I’ve found the complex to be quite noisy. Parking is also pretty limited, and it would be great to see more street parking available.”
