  Mark and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job painting our house in Arizona back in 2015 – we were so pleased with their work. We recently needed to repaint the interior of our house here in Indiana, and we were struggling to remember the exact paint color we’d used before. To our surprise and delight, Mark remembered everything and went above and beyond to help us! He even sent us paint samples and mailed them to us until we found the perfect match.   Mark and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our house – it looks absolutely beautiful! From the very beginning, Mark was incredibly professional; he arrived right on time and kept us updated regularly throughout the project. He went above and beyond, asking us thoughtful questions about our vision that we hadn't even thought of ourselves.   Mark was absolutely fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better painter. He really went above and beyond, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted with the colors and he met with me twice to discuss them. Beyond the amazing paint job itself, he even helped me remove some old bookshelves and fixed a sliding door that was stuck. And after the job was done, he took the time to walk through the rooms and point out some of the details. Seriously, a top-notch guy!   Mark and his crew did a fantastic job painting both houses for me. I was really impressed – they were always punctual when they came to look at the work, and they left the site spotless after the first day. It’s clear they’ve really learned their trade!   “I’m incredibly disappointed with Arrowhead Painting. We hired them to paint our house before we moved in, and it’s been a complete nightmare. They completely lack integrity – they seem to avoid addressing customer concerns, especially when it comes to minor touch-ups that were part of our original agreement. Despite paying them a significant sum, they’ve refused to complete the work. As a result, we’ve had to hire another company to fix the shoddy job they did, and frankly, the whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. Because of this, I feel compelled to share my experience, as I initially hesitated due to the fact that a family friend referred us to them. However, it’s important to be honest, and I want to warn others about the poor quality of their work and lack of commitment to their contracts.” report abuse
