Mike and Blake were fantastic – so professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s great they could get me in so fast, and thankfully it’s not a critical issue, so we can wait to get it fixed. I’m definitely planning to use them for the repair in the next month or two!   Jared was absolutely fantastic – honestly, he deserves a huge thank you for the incredible service he provided back in 2020. We initially called him because we were worried about cracks in our floors and suspected a plumbing leak. He arrived promptly, thoroughly checked the entire house, inside and out, and thankfully determined it wasn’t a leak. He then correctly identified we needed an irrigation specialist and a concrete expert. Later, we had another issue with sediment coming from our kitchen faucet, and again, Jared was a lifesaver! It turned out our old water heater was the problem, making a popping sound for months – we’d just assumed it was air. He patiently explained the options to us, including comparing tankless and traditional water heaters, and we quickly agreed to get it replaced. He even took care of the sink itself, removing the old filter, fixing a leak, and replacing a corroded valve. What really stood out was Jared’s honesty and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and he didn’t hesitate to tackle all the different problems we had. He was incredibly thorough, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend him – he’s definitely our go-to plumber now! report abuse
