  Overall, I’m really happy with the roll-down shade Sonoran Glass installed. It’s made a huge difference in both our patio and inside the house – it’s fantastic! The product itself seems really well-made and is super easy to operate. I wish I’d gotten it sooner when we moved in, but honestly, dealing with Sonoran Glass was a pleasure. There were a couple of small hiccups – they initially ordered the wrong size screen, which caused a slight delay because the measurement was listed incorrectly in the estimate. Thankfully, they quickly corrected the mistake and adjusted the price. And, to be fair, there was a little bit of minor damage to the stucco where one of the brackets was placed, but I was able to easily fix it myself. But really, I’d give them 5 stars. The team – from the salesperson to the customer service reps and the installers – were all incredibly courteous and professional. They really went above and beyond, especially considering the challenges I faced with my previous pool installation. report abuse
