  Overall, I had a really positive experience working with the team – everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive, and they did a great job of explaining everything clearly. The only thing that caused a bit of a delay was the process of getting my panels approved by the city; it took until February for them to actually start working, and I’ve only seen one reduced APS bill so far, which thankfully looked good. report abuse

  Nick was a really valuable resource – he provided us with key information about the solar company and it clearly aligned with our goals for long-term energy security.   Overall, the experience with Antonio and the team was fantastic. Antonio, who handled the initial survey, was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional – a truly wonderful person to work with. It took a little time to get things going, but once they were in motion, everything flowed smoothly. I also want to commend Noemi, my sales consultant, for her consistent attentiveness and communication throughout the entire process, even after the system was fully installed. The team’s coordination with the utility company was particularly impressive, and they quickly resolved any issues that arose.   I was absolutely thrilled with the Professional team from Our World Energy who installed my solar power system on June 1st, 2023. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire installation process to me beforehand, which really helped me understand everything that was happening. I especially appreciated how considerate they were – they were fantastic to work with and were incredibly patient with my Mom, and their positive attitude shone through, even with the heat (it was a scorching 96 degrees!). The job itself was completed in about seven hours, and I honestly felt like they’d transformed my house; it was a truly professional and seamless experience. Having spent so many years in management roles – 21 years managing a supermarket and 25 years managing retail – and with my extensive racing career, I truly value professionalism and organization, and these guys delivered on all fronts.   Overall, we’re really pleased with Our World Energy and the solar panel system they’ve installed for us. It’s been a long process, especially with rising electricity costs, and we were relieved to find a company that offered manageable financing options and a straightforward installation experience. Our Project Coordinator, Junelynn, was fantastic – she kept us fully informed every step of the way and was incredibly responsive. We had to adjust the original placement of the panels from our roof to the garage due to the age of the structure, which involved some extra digging and reconfiguration, but Our World Energy handled it all with great professionalism and kept us in the loop. We’re particularly grateful for Mamdemba Faal, who’s been a huge help navigating the financing paperwork and advocating for us to get our battery installed alongside the panels. It’s smart to get a battery with your solar panels, as utility companies don’t fairly reimburse for exported energy, and we’re seeing a significant reduction in our electric bill. If you're considering solar, do your research beforehand to understand your energy usage, and don't delay getting a battery – it’s well worth the investment. We also found it valuable that Our World Energy has a local branch in our town, which made the whole process much easier. It’s a complex undertaking, but with a knowledgeable team like theirs, it’s definitely achievable. report abuse

  Joey did a fantastic job with our solar panels and backup battery – it’s great to finally have the battery working properly during power outages. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left.   Honestly, our experience with this company was really disappointing. The initial sales team made some significant promises about rebates from both the state and federal governments, but unfortunately, those didn’t materialize. We ended up having to cover the entire loan ourselves. While I’m satisfied with the energy savings we’re getting, the broken promises created a serious lack of trust. I wouldn't recommend this company until they can be completely upfront and reliable with their offers. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say Alejandra provided fantastic service! She was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that my system was running smoothly. When she noticed it had been shut down for a quick check, she immediately followed up with Sunnova and then encouraged me to monitor my app – really going above and beyond.
