  Bobby was fantastic to work with! He’s a really exceptional technician – incredibly detail-oriented and always kept everything neat and tidy. What really stood out was how he always took the time to explain his work plan if anything needed to be adjusted from the original installation.   Jeremy was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help me with my A/C unit. I had no idea what was going on, but he patiently walked me through everything, explaining the potential issues with the water stain and the discharge pipe. He reassured me that the rest of the system was fine, and he took the time to reinforce the piping and protect it while it was being repaired. What really stood out was that he stayed late, even calling the office to get approval, to do a full diagnostic and maintenance on the unit outside. It was so helpful to have that step-by-step guidance on how to keep the system running properly, and he was just so calm and professional – it made a really stressful situation much easier. I especially appreciated his friendly and mature approach, and honestly, my dog clearly loved him too! He was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to get my kids ready for school, and he handled my questions about the A/C with such grace. It was truly exemplary care for both the unit and for me, and I can’t thank him enough. report abuse

  “As a long-time customer of Wilson Brothers – I’ve been using their services for many years – I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I usually have my furnace cleaned annually, and this year things went terribly wrong. The technician started working on it, and it immediately began rattling violently, shaking my whole house. It took a full two hours to get it sorted out, and I was charged for that amount of time. Frankly, I don’t believe two hours is necessary to clean a furnace, and I was never given any explanation or apology for the trouble. I tried to get someone to address my concerns, but I never received a response.” report abuse
