  Overall, we were disappointed with the recent driveway work. We’ve used this company before and were pleased with their previous work, so we received a quote based on that. However, when they started the job, they informed us they couldn’t complete the edge work on the concrete portion of the driveway for the agreed-upon price. They didn’t communicate this concern to us beforehand, and essentially just left that section unfinished. While they did make the pavement look straight, it’s clear they didn’t actually edge it as they had in the past. Now, grass has grown up around the newly sealed pavement, making it impossible to edge properly. We tried to address these issues with photos and calls, but the company ultimately stood by their decision not to fulfill the original bid. report abuse

  “I’ve used this firm to seal my driveway three times over the past five years, and the first two applications were satisfactory. However, the most recent one, completed in August, was a complete disaster. There were significant problems with the quality of the work – I noticed a huge number of large stones embedded in the surface that are now constantly falling out, creating holes. Also, the coating developed extensive cracking, making the driveway look incredibly worn. To add to the issue, they didn't bother moving my flower pots and a small wooden structure before applying the sealant, which created a really jarring, uneven appearance. Frankly, the whole job looks terrible. What really upset me was the owner, Nicky, completely dismissed my concerns and refused to listen to my feedback as a repeat customer. She was only interested in discussing payment and showed absolutely no concern for my dissatisfaction. I’ll be looking for a different contractor going forward – it was clear this firm simply doesn’t value its customers.” report abuse

I also wanted to say something about the negative comments I’ve heard – they seem to be based on inaccurate information about the sealcoating process.
