Stephen did a really solid job overseeing our home build – he was incredibly easy to work with and always transparent about the costs. I was particularly impressed with his crew; they handled everything, from laying the foundation and connecting the utilities (septic, well, electricity) to building the deck. Honestly, if the house had been painted the color we’d specified, as per Sonoma County’s permit guidelines, I’d have given him a full five stars. It was a frustrating oversight, and I ended up covering the cost of buying new paint – about $600 to $700 – which I felt was totally unacceptable. There was also a small issue with a random door in the bedroom that should have been caught before we placed the order, but overall, working with Stephen through Tiny House on Wheels was a much smoother and more affordable experience than building a home from scratch. People often stop by to admire our 800 square foot manufactured home, which is a really nice bonus!

Stephen was fantastic! He really went above and beyond when I called him last week. He was so patient listening to my situation and gave me really clear, practical advice about costs and timelines. I especially appreciated that he steered me towards the quickest solution – the floor model – and I genuinely felt like he was looking out for my best interests. He’s a truly helpful and trustworthy person.

“I recently visited their display yard and was really impressed with their Accessory Dwelling Unit model. Max was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and explaining just how straightforward it is to build a second unit in Sonoma County – I was genuinely amazed by how quickly they can get a design from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be recommending Sonoma Manufactured Homes for anyone looking to add a second unit.”

Stephen was a fantastic resource. Having worked in the industry for so long, he offered incredibly insightful advice, really tailored to my specific situation and what I was hoping to achieve. He was refreshingly honest and focused on providing guidance, not pushing any particular products or services – just straight, practical advice.
