Stephen did a really solid job managing our home build. He was always open and honest about the costs, and his crew was fantastic – they handled everything from the foundation and utilities (septic, well, electricity) to the deck, and they did it all really well. Honestly, if the house had been painted the color we’d specifically requested, and complied with Sonoma County’s permit guidelines, I’d give him a full five stars. It was a frustrating oversight, and I ended up having to cover the cost of buying new paint. While a couple of minor issues popped up along the way, like a miscommunication about a bedroom door, overall, ordering through Stephen at Tiny House on Wheels was a much easier and more cost-effective experience than building a home from scratch. People are always stopping by to admire our 800 square foot manufactured home, which is great to see!

Stephen was fantastic! He really went above and beyond when I called him last week to discuss my son’s move. He was so patient listening to my needs, and he gave me really clear, practical advice about the costs and timeline involved. What I appreciated most was that he steered me towards the quickest solution – getting a floor model – and I really felt like he was looking out for my best interests. He’s a genuinely great guy, and I highly recommend him.

“I recently visited their display yard and was really impressed with their Accessory Dwelling Unit model. Max was incredibly helpful, explaining the process of building a second unit in Sonoma County – I honestly had no idea how straightforward it could be! I was particularly amazed by how quickly they can get a design from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be recommending Sonoma Manufactured Homes for anyone looking to add a second unit.”
