  “I’d strongly advise caution when considering working with Kris Ontiveros and 312 Architect and Design. During a recent room addition project, they failed to include a critical element – the design for a retaining wall necessary for the setback. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors found them at fault for this oversight.” report abuse
