Overall, we had a really lovely experience working with them for our backyard wedding. They were fantastic about setting up the live stream so that our loved ones who couldn’t be there in person could still feel part of the celebration. The speaker and microphone system, along with the beautiful archway and floral arrangement, looked fantastic. We especially appreciated how reasonable the rental prices and delivery fees were, and Dustin and his team were incredibly helpful, especially with testing the audio and live stream – it was a huge relief! The flexible delivery and pick-up times were also really convenient, allowing us to properly rehearse with the equipment.

From start to finish, their bistro lighting was stunning, and having the generators ensured everything ran smoothly. Daniel was fantastic; he was always incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and with a genuinely friendly attitude. On the day itself, Patrick and Ben were amazing – not only did they set up quickly, but they even came back to assist with the generator a couple of times with a huge smile. Patrick especially went above and beyond to make the setup process so much easier, and we really appreciate his help. And when it came to taking everything down, Patrick, Ruby, and Eli arrived the next morning and handled it all with such efficiency – no fuss at all. Overall, our experience with Centric was phenomenal, and the lighting was absolutely beautiful!”

“We were facing a last-minute scramble to move our Phoenix event from a ballroom to an outdoor lawn, and thankfully, Centric stepped in to save the day. Daniel P. from their sales team was incredible – he responded to our needs almost immediately with a perfect lighting proposal. He was so responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted for the event. The setup team even arrived early, which was fantastic, and everything was installed perfectly according to our instructions. “Overall, the Centric team – Evelyn, Karen, Wendy, and Dionte – did an absolutely fantastic job. They were incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly and helpful with all of our vendors, even while they were setting up. Ray also deserves a shout-out for the clear and timely communication we received leading up to the event. The only reason I’m not giving them a full five stars is because we were initially short a booth space, which we discovered after they’d completed their work – it seems the on-site team may not have had the latest floor plan. Thankfully, we had a vendor drop out, so it worked out fine. I would definitely recommend Centric for future events.”

Centric Events was absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Daniel Pitner was incredibly communicative, which is honestly a huge relief when you’re planning an event and need someone you can rely on. Garren, our tech specialist, was also fantastic; he walked me through the projector rental and worked seamlessly with Rylie to get everything set up perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially showing up on time for the tear down. I wholeheartedly recommend Centric Events for all your event rental needs!
