When my entire downstairs flooded, I was completely lost – it was my first time dealing with a water damage claim and insurance, and I honestly didn’t know where to begin. Kristin was a lifesaver. She took the time to explain everything so clearly, walked me through the whole process step-by-step, and kept me updated constantly, answering all my questions. She was even more responsive than my insurance company! Once the Go To Services team arrived, they just took over and made everything so easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything with incredible speed and efficiency. It was a truly stress-free experience, and I felt so much relief knowing they were in charge. They even drove over three hours from Phoenix to Kingman, and they worked tirelessly each day, moving my furniture and getting rid of the damaged flooring.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Michael Irving and his crew did on my mobile home. They completely transformed the place, replacing all the baseboards and painting beautifully, and even followed up on the carports. The repair work was done so carefully and thoroughly – it’s amazing! They even tackled the storm damage to my awning and roof. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Michael was fantastic too, always keeping me informed on the progress, which I really appreciated.   Overall, I was extremely pleased with Go To Services’ work on my water leak repair. From start to finish, the team was fantastic. I initially worked with Tony Brostrom, who was incredibly helpful and responsive – he always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Later, Jared stepped in as my project manager, and he was just as attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results, even walking around the house with me to check everything. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremiah and the painting team; they did an amazing job matching my existing paint colors and were even careful moving my furniture. There were a few usual construction challenges, but the team’s responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. Alex Medina, the project coordinator, personally called to confirm I was satisfied with the completed work, which I really appreciated. Honestly, everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and treated me with respect – something I haven’t always experienced.   I couldn’t be happier with the work Go To Services did to remediate the mold in my home. When I found out I had a mold problem, I reached out, and Steffan was fantastic – he scheduled a visit with Juan and Felipe to assess the situation and provide an estimate. They were incredibly knowledgeable, really listened to my questions and explained the entire process clearly. The actual remediation started the following Tuesday with Art leading the team. He was fantastic – professional, communicative, and quickly identified the source of the leak that was causing the issue. Steffan, Juan, and Felipe were consistently on-site, keeping me updated and addressing any concerns promptly. The team really worked together to do a thorough job, including checking all the plumbing, removing the damaged shower, exposing the wall studs to trace the mold’s path, and properly encapsulating and cleaning everything. Ultimately, the mold doctor confirmed my house was completely mold-free, and I’m so grateful for their hard work, expertise, and excellent customer service. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they really took the time to do the job right. Steffan Kruegar was a fantastic project manager – he kept everything running smoothly and efficiently, and he was so considerate of my wife’s concerns about keeping things clean. He really went the extra mile to protect our furniture, and his calm and reassuring attitude put us completely at ease. Then there’s Alex Medina, the project coordinator; she was amazing! She handled all the paperwork so seamlessly, and I honestly don't know how she managed to answer all my calls – she was always so responsive.
