  “I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Go To Services. From the very beginning, Holly and Bill were incredibly responsive and kept me completely in the loop. I actually had a previous issue with a water leak in my bathroom, and unfortunately, the initial repairs didn’t fully address the problem, leading to mold growth. Go To Services sent someone out the next day, and they took care of the issue effectively by removing drywall and treating the walls with Kilz – it was exactly what I needed! But it wasn’t just that one time; I recently had a room conversion done, adding extra storage, and they completed the job – including drywall and paint – in just three days! Seriously amazing.   Jason and his team did an absolutely fantastic job painting our kitchen cabinets. Jayce, the lead painter, was exceptional – so meticulous and clearly passionate about his work. The quality was truly outstanding, and his knowledge really shone through. They were also just lovely people to have in our home.   “I was really impressed with Amber from the Phoenix office. She scheduled a diagnostic visit for me, and the technicians actually arrived a bit ahead of schedule – which was a huge relief.   “I was absolutely stunned to find mold growing behind some molding in our new downtown condo bathroom – it was a really unsettling discovery, especially since we’d just invested so much in our home. We contacted a few companies for quotes, but Bill Kelty from GoTo Services really stood out. He took the time to come out and assess the situation, which immediately put us at ease. They quickly identified the mold was limited to the wall behind the shower and they handled it so efficiently. They completely addressed the underlying issue – the poorly grouted tile – and professionally repaired the wall. It was all done quickly and without causing any major disruption to our lives.   “I’m extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent insurance claim. Following the payment from the insurance company, they immediately requested a 50% deposit and deducted my deductible. The delay in completing the work has been unacceptable; we’ve been waiting since early November. Throughout this process, the company has been disorganized and frankly, unprofessional. Specifically, interactions with Holly, the VP, have been concerning. It appears they terminated our contract due to questions about their methods, and I intend to file a complaint with the ROC. Given the sensitive nature of the situation and the fact that this company is working with individuals who are grieving, I believe their practices are deeply inappropriate.” report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The crew arrived unannounced and, without discussing it with me, they immediately created a significant problem by putting a hole in my laundry room floor. After attempting the repair, they covered the hole with a board riddled with massive gaps – it was completely unacceptable and left my home vulnerable to pests.   I’m incredibly concerned about this company’s behavior. I witnessed one of their vehicles speeding dangerously close to a school bus with children boarding – it was a terrifying situation. The lack of regard for safety is deeply troubling, particularly considering the potential for a tragic accident. Frankly, the disregard displayed is unacceptable and raises serious questions about their safety protocols and driver training. report abuse
