It seems like there’s a real need for connections within the team. While the people at the office are generally good, it’s clear that getting assignments and staying involved really depends on who you know – particularly when working in the field.

I wanted to report a serious safety concern regarding one of your company’s drivers. On October 19th at around 1:45 PM, I observed a truck operating on Glendale Avenue near 35th Ave, heading east towards the I-17. The driver was exhibiting extremely aggressive driving – nearly causing three rear-end collisions, including one where he aggressively accelerated from a red light. His behavior included speeding and failing to use turn signals. I’m very concerned about this driver’s actions and believe it needs to be addressed immediately.
