Okay, for big rig drivers, please take the “Truck Entrance” and head through the parking lot to your left. There’s just one dock available, but you’ll have plenty of space to back in. The staff were really friendly and got things done quickly.
-
“Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience working with Kevin and the Life Safety Power engineering team. Communication felt really patchy, and I didn’t get the sense that my concerns were being fully addressed. The level of support and attention to detail just didn’t meet expectations.”
-
Okay, so this project with the new doors at the assisted living facility in West Valley is moving along, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It’s great that you’re addressing the need for vehicle placement, particularly with a designated handicap spot. However, the initial progress hasn’t quite met expectations – let’s focus on building that up.

Colton was fantastic! He really took the time to help me get everything set up and answered all my questions with patience and a great understanding. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing assistance.
-
“There are some serious issues with the management here. It seems the current supervisor is being retained due to personal connections, which is significantly impacting team morale and creating problems for those working under him.”
-
This company really fell short of expectations. Communication was incredibly poor – they rarely followed up with us and didn’t keep us updated on progress. To add to that, the pricing was shockingly high considering the quality of the work we received. Unfortunately, the customer service, both on the phone and with the technicians, was consistently rude and unprofessional.
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience here. The biggest issue was the complete lack of training – I was thrown in at the deep end with no guidance whatsoever. When I did ask for assistance, it wasn't helpful, and I felt like I was expected to figure everything out on my own. There were no clear instructions or support available, which made it incredibly challenging.”
-
Overall, it was a really great experience with the company.
-
This ASSA ABLOY facility is a really solid operation – it’s got a great history as a former ASSA factory.
-
“These locks are consistently impressive – they’re clearly made to a very high standard.”
