They actually managed to resolve problems that no other local company had been able to fix, and they even went above and beyond by locating and repairing a leaking sprinkler pipe.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this service. I had a really negative experience – they billed me for work that wasn’t done, and then they completely stopped responding to my messages. They promised a refund, but it’s still outstanding. report abuse

  “Due to significant negligence on the part of Fire Security Electronics and Communications, Inc., a repair they were conducting on safety equipment resulted in the complete destruction of all contents at the location. They’ve unfortunately denied responsibility and haven’t taken any action to address the situation. We strongly advise against using their services.” report abuse

  I was really impressed with the quick and professional service we received when our fire panel went down. Curt, Brian, and Stephanie were fantastic – they were the only ones who actually got it fixed, and I was so grateful for their expertise and the awesome teamwork they displayed.   I cannot recommend this company. We had them conduct inspections and complete some work in June, but they still haven’t sent the report to the City, despite numerous calls and getting repeatedly passed around. It’s been a completely frustrating experience. report abuse

  This company unfortunately left a very negative impression. There were significant issues with organization and a constant turnover of staff, making it difficult to get consistent support and build relationships. It seemed they struggled to retain both customers and employees, which is a serious concern. report abuse
