“I was so grateful for the incredibly quick response I received after a fall at the dentist’s office. Paramedics Diego, Zach, and Zach arrived within minutes and were fantastic. They immediately helped me up, took my vitals, and asked me about my medical history – they were all incredibly professional and reassuring.” report abuse

  • Carolyn Broe

“We were so relieved when the Phoenix Paramedics arrived so quickly after my husband fell and was having trouble standing. They did a thorough job checking him out and quickly ruled out a heart attack or stroke, which was a huge comfort. After that, my son drove him to the hospital, and thankfully, they discovered he was severely anemic.” report abuse

I was really surprised to learn I could just drop off a deceased animal at any fire station. I went to our local one, number 37 on 40th Street, and it was completely locked up – the only entrance was right on 40th Street. There was a sign there saying it wasn’t open to the public. report abuse

  • Kimberly Cole

“I was incredibly worried when my disabled mother fell and I couldn’t get her up. We feared she’d broken her hip, and when the firefighters from Station 37 arrived, I was really disappointed with their attitude. They seemed rushed, impatient, and frankly, a little judgmental. I never felt like I could fully explain the situation to them, and it was a very unsettling experience.” report abuse

  • KmH

“I had a really scary experience with difficulty breathing, and the team responded incredibly quickly. They got me stabilized with a breathing treatment and immediately arranged for an ambulance to take me to Mayo. Everyone was so considerate and helpful – I really appreciate their swift action and support.” report abuse

  • Brandon Perez

“We were so grateful for their incredibly fast response when a woman in our silver sneakers program had a sudden collapse. They were really professional and handled the situation efficiently – a truly appreciated service.” report abuse

  • Yvette Smith

“I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the team for creating such a safe and comfortable environment. I really appreciate everyone’s efforts.” report abuse

  • Ashley Steggall

“I had a really negative experience at Fire Station 37. When I went to pick up a gift card, the staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. They essentially told me not to return, which was a very unpleasant way to be treated.” report abuse
